Our Stress Release treatment will help to create gracefulness and fluidity of movement by targeting postural re-positioning. Your body tissue will be stretched with isolation and light compression, encouraging the muscles to release. Once released, your muscles are able to perform more efficiently and an increase in range of motion can be expected.

What to expect:
Although this treatment is tranquil and relaxing, we will have soothing music in the room, creating a perfect atmosphere for you to unwind and de-stress.
